Shipping

Before your package sets off on its journey, each product goes through a thorough quality check and is carefully packed — so we just need a little time to prepare everything for you.

Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.
During busy periods (e.g. holidays, sales), delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated on your order status.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
For safe delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone can receive the package — for example, your workplace.
If you’re not home, the courier will leave a notice or information about pickup from a collection point.
