That’s why we offer up to 30 days for an exchange or return — no unnecessary questions asked!

Please include:
• your order number
• the size/color/model you’d like in exchange

Exchanges are quick and easy — no forms required!

📦 Returns — 2 convenient options

If you decide to return your items, you have 30 days from receiving your order.

Returned items must be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• free from odors (e.g. perfume)
• with all tags and original packaging

Option 1 — Return via Wygodne Zwroty (fastest & easiest)

1️⃣ Pack the items according to the instructions
2️⃣ Send the parcel using the Wygodne Zwroty return form
3️⃣ Your refund will be issued within 14 days after the parcel reaches our warehouse

Option 2 — Direct return (self-shipping)

Contact us at hello@mussony.com, and we’ll provide you with the return address.
Please include the return form inside the parcel.

📌 We recommend using a shipment with tracking.

💸 Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:
• refunds are issued within 7 business days
• via the original payment method
• original shipping costs are non-refundable

❗ Legal exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:
• personalized products
• hygienic products after opening (e.g. underwear, swimwear)

Your rights

Returns are processed in accordance with applicable consumer laws,
but with us you have up to 30 days to decide ✨
