🔁 Exchange — the easiest option
If the size or color doesn’t fit, simply email us:
Please include:
• your order number
• the size / color / model you would like instead
📦 Mussony covers the cost of shipping the new item to you 🤍
Exchanges are quick and simple — no forms required.
📦 Product Return
If you would like to return your items, you have 30 days from receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
• unused
• unwashed
• free of odors (e.g. perfume)
• with all tags and original packaging

💸 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:
• refunds are processed within 7 business days
• refunded via the original payment method
• the original shipping cost is non-refundable
❗ Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
• personalized products
• hygiene products once opened (e.g. underwear, swimwear)

Returns are handled in accordance with consumer protection law (14 days),
however at Mussony you have up to 30 days to decide.
